The Nobel Biocare All-on-4 concept provides a manufacturer-defined framework; a generic six-implant label does not by itself describe every surgical or restorative detail. Read the individual All-on-4 and All-on-6 guides for the scope questions.
Why should remaining teeth be discussed first?
If you still have teeth, ask which can be retained and why any removal is proposed. A full-arch package is not evidence that extraction is necessary. The recommendation should follow examination and discussion of alternatives, not the appeal of a fixed-price offer.
If two clinicians propose different implant counts or restoration designs, ask them to explain the difference in ordinary language. A second professional opinion can help clarify the decision; an online price chart cannot adjudicate between clinical plans.
What does the published price difference mean?
Our selected Vietnam source lists starting figures of VND 210 million per arch for its stated All-on-4 option and VND 250 million for All-on-6, checked on 24 September 2026. The VND 40 million subtraction compares those advertised options. It is not evidence that the higher-priced treatment is necessary or produces a better result for you.
Use the All-on-4 cost guide and All-on-6 cost guide to inspect inclusions. If bridge material, extra procedures or final fitting differ, the two figures are not merely the price of adding two implants.
Does either option guarantee immediate final teeth?
No treatment label alone guarantees that. Ask whether immediate teeth are proposed for your case, whether they are temporary and what conditions must be met. Confirm when the final restoration is expected and whether another trip is required.
Budget and leave should reflect the complete planned sequence. If a provider can only discuss the first surgical visit but cannot explain the final restoration, the travel plan remains incomplete.
What should your decision document contain?
Record the clinical explanation, jaw count, implant system, bridge material, temporary work, stages, exclusions and ongoing-care arrangements. Ask what happens if examination changes the proposal. Keep the aftercare and warranty questions beside the treatment fee.
